  • Domain registration & management (through accredited registrars and Cloudflare).
  • Custom digital solutions (software, consulting, online directories, informational sites, and gaming platforms such as RPG projects).

We act primarily as a managed service provider, relying on trusted third-party infrastructure to deliver services.


2. Eligibility & General Use

  • Our services are intended for individuals at least 18 years old.
  • Access to our website or services may be temporarily or permanently restricted at our discretion.
  • From time to time, we may update or modify these Terms. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of such changes.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse our website or services by transmitting malicious code, engaging in hacking, spam, or illegal activity.
  • Respect all third-party terms from providers we integrate with (e.g., Hetzner, Cloudflare, Stripe).

5. Managed Hosting & Third-Party Providers

  • Uxolo Solutions does not own or operate physical servers.
  • Services are provisioned through cloud providers (e.g., Hetzner, WP Engine, Cloudflare).
  • We are not liable for infrastructure failures, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party providers, though we will take reasonable steps to mitigate issues and keep you informed.

6. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue or not received.
  • You breach these Terms or those of our infrastructure partners.
  • Services are used in ways that are unlawful or put systems at risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uxolo Solutions LLC disclaims liability for:
    • Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, loss of data, downtime).
    • Acts or omissions of third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, and services remain the property of Uxolo Solutions LLC or its licensors.
