We act primarily as a managed service provider, relying on trusted third-party infrastructure to deliver services.
2. Eligibility & General Use
- Our services are intended for individuals at least 18 years old.
- Access to our website or services may be temporarily or permanently restricted at our discretion.
- From time to time, we may update or modify these Terms. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of such changes.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse our website or services by transmitting malicious code, engaging in hacking, spam, or illegal activity.

- Uxolo Solutions does not own or operate physical servers.
- Services are provisioned through cloud providers (e.g., Hetzner, WP Engine, Cloudflare).
- We are not liable for infrastructure failures, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party providers, though we will take reasonable steps to mitigate issues and keep you informed.
6. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are overdue or not received.
- You breach these Terms or those of our infrastructure partners.
- Services are used in ways that are unlawful or put systems at risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
- All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation.
